Management in Australia has a very firm, inflexible policy of looking after number one; clients and staff, other consultants, delivery contractors and others are distant also rans. For example, all contracts appointing T&T are literally scrutinized for any obligation to the client beyond the bare minimum. Any such obligation is actually flagged 'high risk' for special attention, preferably complete removal from the contract. This is not a joke - it is a straightforward fact and it shows the deep commitment of management and the owners of number one first no matter what. I offer this observation as a former employee.
