- Ellie Added March 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't think I could even rate this car dealership with even one star. The worst level of customer service ever experienced when buying a new car. Contractors they use for after market add ons did such poor workmanship that there have been ongoing faults with my brand new car, fours year on. This included leather interior, reverse camera installation, water leaking into interior of vehicle from roof and repairs of delinking the entire interior roof of my car resulted in an unroadworthy vehicle with sun visors hanging by electrical wires.
The issues even had to be escalated to management after they kept reoccurring and escalated to the owner of this car dealership. Nothing was offered to assist but continue repairing with dodgy work. The best part?! The owner even stated to me "once I bought the car they (Ian Boettcher Volkswagen) now don't have to do anything in customer service and it means nothing to them". Quality customer service right there.
Could not suggest more that if anyone is looking to buy a new car, I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
