  We had a unique situation and required a quick, no stress sale. Ryan came through with flying colours. He helped with organizing a clean up of the property, arranged the solicitor, made sure all our needs were met. He was always easy to get and always returned our calls. A no stress sale. Thank-you for all your help Ryan and Atlantic Real estate. We will have no hesitation in using you again.

  The worst rental experience!! They told us we have an outstanding payment when we don't so I have to re-send the payment receipts to prove it. Then they stuffed up our bond money and took them a month and a bit to sort it out. We had a property "bond" clean professionally and were waiting for an agent to organise the final inspection with us but the agent decided to do the final inspection without us, then rang to let me know that she's not happy with the clean and asked for the full bond clean to be re-done. She also asked for an external clean of the upstairs windows which no cleaner would do due to safety. When we first moved in, the property wasn't spotless and the grass was at knee height. The rent was paid on time and the property was kept clean during our tenancy but the service we received from the rental agent was not good enough . It's only fair for me to be there during the final inspection so we can all agree on what to be re-done.
  Very unprofessional and dodgy in my opinion.
